We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Oncology to join our esteemed client in Abu Dhabi.

About the Facility :

The hospital is a state-of-the-art facility that combines cutting-edge amenities and world-class standards. The facility features 364-beds (expandable to 490), with 5 clinical floors, 3 diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute inpatient units. They represent more than 50 medical and surgical specialties and run 26 operating rooms.

About the Role :

The position is responsible for providing general and specialised direct and indirect patient care, through the application of evidence- based nursing procedures and practices to patients of all ages on the assigned nursing units. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to their patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. This position is also responsible for demonstrating competency in the behavioural, growth, development and psychosocial needs of patients being treated.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum three (3) year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum two (2) years post-graduate experience in an acute care setting
• Valid and current national license
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent organization (or must be obtained within 3 months of employment)
• ACLS, PALS certifications relevant to area of specialty (or must be obtained within 6 months of employment)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluency in written and spoken English
