Dyson’s Global Aftersales - Training is looking for someone with the capability to scope, design and develop Aftersales learning interventions, everything from traditional classroom-based content to fully digitized solution will be covered by this role.
This role will also include managing the translation process for all Aftersales learning content (currently 25 supported languages) with our external agency and Internal proofreading community.
You’ll need to have a passion for managing multiple workstreams and a desire to deliver an exceptional learning experience for our global learning community, after all you’ll be responsible for ensuring our learning provision is just as innovative as our products.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and system resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
Operate project translation processes, collaborating with internal and external translators, to ensure content is effectively globalized.
Maintain training delivery systems, including individual account provision and content managementon Dyson Learning.
Assist in the creation of learning interventions from their initial scope and objectives to the final delivery.
Manage the relationship with the project stakeholders to ensure compliance and technical understanding is at the forefront of each learning intervention.
Ensure that all required projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within the agreed budget.
Be responsible for around 1000 multilanguage Aftersales learning modules hosted on Dyson learning.
Maintain, manage, update learning provisions where necessary, including legacy content.
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan.
Upload the Translated SCORM packs to Dyson Learning (Cornerstone) and manage the assignment of the content to relevant markets.
Ensure all learning content is in line with Dyson brand values and follows the relevant brand and design guidelines.
Ensure projects are complete on time to the right quality standards.
Support project governance – supporting us to be lean and continually improve how we operate.
Track and monitor compliance through a combination of Tableau reporting and external LMS data collaboration.
Work alongside our regional training teams to ensure timely rollout and completion of content.
Understanding of project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, MS-team, Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
An understanding of the Cornerstone LMS architecture (Desirable)
