As a Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for supporting the business in its financial planning and analysis. You will support with all aspects of accounting including financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis as well as preparing reports on the progress of projects. You will also provide advice to senior management on matters such as forecast accuracy and variants to budget.

1. Conducts financial and statistical analyses for reporting and analysis.
2. Prepares and analyzes accounting, budgeting, financial, and management reports.
3. The Management Accountant is responsible for supporting the budgeting and financial planning of operational costs related to the business operation.
4. Develops short and long-term budgets.
5. Communicates with internal departmental colleagues for incoming requests for information (RFI) and analyzes data and materials for accuracy and completeness in submitting reports.
6. Provides advice to management regarding current, planned, and potential future accounting activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Must have five years of experience in an accounting or finance-related position, including general ledger and/or cash flow analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
