The ideal candidate should have a Pharmaceutical Diploma and extensive manufacturing experience, particularly in a management role.

- Coordinate, control and coach the production and warehouse team to meet the agreed production plan.
- Ensure GMP, EHS and quality requirements are met; approve production instructions and ensure strict implementation.
- Maintain production records, validate procedures, and manage maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Train and motivate staff; drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce costs while improving quality.
- Pharmaceutical Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- 10–12 years manufacturing experience, with 5 years at a management level.
- Experience in projects, continuous improvement, maintenance management, Lean / Six Sigma.
- Strong track record in building, managing and motivating high‑performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision‑making skills.
