Salad Artist

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating healthy salads for customers. Our position will have a flexible schedule with consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers professionally to ensure an exceptional experience.
2. Prepare salad toppings, dressings, and ready-to-go items with attention to freshness and presentation.
3. Assemble custom and signature salads according to customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
4. Adhere to standard recipes and operating procedures when preparing salads to maintain flavour and quality standards.
5. Manage the receipt, preparation, and organization of food delivery orders efficiently.
6. Assist with cashier duties and help restock the salad station and grab-and-go area as needed.
7. Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following procedural guidelines.
9. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

1. Food knowledge and takes pride in the food they serve.
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
5. Possess good communication skills.
