DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Senior Project Director is responsible for strategic and tactical management of Transitions function and Philippine Transitions team for successful implementation of project activities. The position supports the initiatives and goals of PMO and Business Control Global Head and Philippine Country Head.
- He/she manages a team responsible for planning, designing, managing and implementing all necessary activities to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Provide strategy level guidance and decisions to empower the Healthcare Transition Manager to make tactical decisions.
- Provides oversight of project implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration for all project phases, including reporting, budget monitoring, execution of project plans, and project performance.
- Ensures that the project progresses in accordance with its contractual obligations during the transition phase.
STRATEGIC/BUSINESS PLANNING
Develops/defines Business Plans, KRAs, KPIs and action plans; prepares budget and ensures department works within approved budget; monitors and reports performance/scorecards.
PEOPLE / TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Hire, train, manage, appraise, and develop the Transition Team members.
GENERAL SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million dollar, multi-location projects.
- Knowledge and experience of BPO Market, its operations, and systems.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in any field from any reputable university.
- At least 10 years’ experience in project management and technical solutions implementation (transition of programs, facilities build-outs, telecoms, and systems implementation) preferably with BPO/Contact Center/IT Projects.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Project Management Certification, preferred.
