Responsibilities

1. Perform data entry/ maintenance into bank systems for loan/ financing and account opening applications.
2. Conduct data entry checking in loan/ financing applications and purchase Credit reports via Loan Origination System.
3. Conduct searches and screening for account opening, loan/financing and other various purposes.
4. Ensure Credit Proposal (CP) submissions comply with CP submission requirements.
5. Prepare Letter of Offer and security documents for loan/financing applications.
6. Prepare Letter of Instruction to Solicitor and/or Valuer.
7. Involve in User Acceptance Test for bank systems.
8. Liaise with various stakeholders (i.e. Sales personnel, Compliance officers, Risk Approvers, etc.) regarding relevant daily job functions.
9. Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related area is preferred.
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of SME loan/financing processing experience in banking industry.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.
4. Committed to completing assignments within deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, and team-oriented.
5. Able to manage administrative duties, ad-hoc assignments, and any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
6. Able to work independently, self-driven with minimum supervision.
7. Result-oriented, great sense of responsibility, and team player.
8. High integrity and practices OCBC core values.
9. Committed to service excellence and quality in area of work.
