Join us as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where youll spearhead our Recruitment teams efforts in a pivotal leadership role. We seek individuals who are proactive, dynamic, excel in team settings, and possess exceptional organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently. What you will do

1. Oversee a distributed team of Recruiting Leads, ensuring effective team leadership and management.
2. Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Talent Search strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
3. Prepare for and adapt to various recruitment scenarios to meet diverse hiring needs.
4. Innovate in search, selection, and attraction strategies in close collaboration with organizational leaders and managers.
5. Drive improvements in the recruitment process efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on methodologies and technologies.
6. Maintain a creative mindset to solve recruitment challenges.
7. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data to inform strategic decisions.

What we are looking for

1. 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the IT industry and recruitment practices.
2. Proven track record in leading recruitment teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strategic planning and execution skills in recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
4. Proficient in leveraging advanced search engines and social media for recruitment purposes.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
8. Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
