Head of Talent Acquisition at BairesDev

What you will do
- Oversee a distributed team of Recruiting Leads, ensuring effective team leadership and management.
- Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Talent Search strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
- Prepare for and adapt to various recruitment scenarios to meet diverse hiring needs.
- Innovate in search, selection, and attraction strategies in close collaboration with organizational leaders and managers.
- Drive improvements in the recruitment process’s efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on methodologies and technologies.
- Maintain a creative mindset to solve recruitment challenges.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data to inform strategic decisions.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the IT industry and recruitment practices.
- Proven track record in leading recruitment teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strategic planning and execution skills in recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficient in leveraging advanced search engines and social media for recruitment purposes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
