Resumen de Posición

You will be responsible for all movements in the system, location control, invoice entry, Packing List issuance, as well as stock generation and cost request. Likewise, you will be responsible for the emissions of both spare parts and orders for new equipment.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

1. Invoice entry in a period of no more than 24 hours, once received, and keeping a record of the invoices entered.
2. Deliver invoices to the Finance area within a maximum of 12 hours after registration.
3. Maintain a material output control record.
4. Maintain a record of material arrival control.
5. Maintain a model control record (Inputs and Outputs).
6. Issuance of materials according to the dates required by planning for new equipment and spare parts.
7. Cost Request for invoice entry.
8. Issuance of Packing List.
9. Stock generation for Packing List.
10. Conduct safety observations.
11. Comply with relevant health and safety rules and regulations at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and safely operating tools and machinery in accordance with company protocol.
12. Follow the following procedures: ALM-003-001- Supplier Entry, ALM-003-002- Reception, Exit and Entry of Material, ALM-003-003- Duplicate, Extra, Rejected Material on NCR, ALM-003-004- Cycle Counts, ALM-003-005- Issuance of material and delivery to production, ALM-003-006- Issuance of material through Epicor, ALM-003-007- Invoice entry through Epicor.

Requisitos del Puesto

EDUCATION: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS:

• Experience in materials exits and entries.
• Correct time management.
• Experience in documentation delivered to accounting.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum in the same position.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Warehouse control.
• Calculation of inventory levels.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
