PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You are in charge of the principal operation activities of the warehouse, including reception, unpacking, storage, packing, and dispatching of the parts and tooling with the slipping list filled according to best practices.

Warehouse Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reception and revision of the arriving shipments to ensure there is no damage at the entry of the warehouse.
2. Match the arriving materials with the invoice and the PO documents.
3. Report any identified issues, damages, discrepancies, wrong materials, or quality concerns.
4. Fill the corresponding documents/formats in paper and in the system for the warehouse’s activities (CRM, DOA, etc.).
5. Identification of the components.
6. Storage of the goods in their correct place, according to the warehouse management and golden rules.
7. Provide the GR numbers for the finished services.
8. Participate in the periodic inventory activities to ensure the system and physical materials are aligned.
9. Operation of lift truck and any other warehouse tools.
10. Ensure that the correct material is delivered to the right site, on time.
11. Support quality in the follow-up of the components identified in the quarantine area.
12. Participate directly in the kitting process.
13. Organize transportation of parts and tooling.
14. Participate in the type of transportation definition.
15. Ensure all the corresponding documents are properly stored.
16. Ensure all the information is updated at the end of the journey to avoid any discrepancies between the system and physical inventory.

Mandatory:

• Technical career or similar certification.
• Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual).

Experience

Mandatory:

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse.

Experience in operation of lift truck and warehouse tools.

• Valuable experience in companies of the same sector/activity or related.

Mandatory Skills:

• Communication with Transparency.
• Microsoft Office Package.
• Lift truck operation.
• EHS knowledge.
