VP of Engineering (AI Pre-Seed Startup)

Job: VP of Engineering

Location: Montes Urales, Mexico City

Compensation: 3k-6k USD monthly (contractor) + Equity

You’ll be our VP of Engineering taking ownership of the tech stack, architecture, and roadmap using cutting-edge LLM integrations. You’ll build our product from scratch with complete autonomy under direct mentorship from founders with real Silicon Valley experience.

We’re a $1M pre-seed startup, founded by early Uber, Kavak, Mercadolibre talent with advanced degrees from MIT and Stanford. You’ll be part of a small, lean and focused team.

We believe in hybrid work, so you’ll work from the office twice a week. We need smart engineers who enjoy building scalable systems and thrive in ambiguity. If you’re skilled in Node.js or Python, write clean code, and are excited about creating something new, we want to hear from you.
