THE WORK

• Transform strategy into high-quality, engaging visual designs.
• Create responsive layouts for desktop and mobile, applying UX/UI principles to web components and marketing assets.
• Optimize and refine assets, including icon creation, image resizing, and file preparation for digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency by aligning all designs with established guidelines.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively, collaborating with internal teams and B2B tech clients.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, and developers in a dynamic, feedback-driven environment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining and evolving digital design approaches.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 2+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma, with a strong eye for color, typography, and layout.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring polished, pixel-perfect execution while managing multiple projects.
• Creative problem-solver, able to refine and scale design assets for digital experiences.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and presenting ideas clearly.
• Curious and adaptable, eager to learn, iterate, and push creative boundaries.
• Motion & animation knowledge is a plus, with the ability to contribute creative ideas that enhance static designs.
