We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing video production company.

Responsibilities:

1. AI Voice Over Generation:
   • Utilize AI-based voice generation tools to create high-quality voice overs for YouTube and Facebook video content.
   • Ensure that voice overs match the tone and style of each video project.
2. AI Research:
   • Conduct in-depth research on the latest AI tools, techniques, and trends relevant to multimedia production.
   • Compile comprehensive reports and summaries of AI developments to assist the team in making informed decisions.
3. Stay Informed:
   • Stay up-to-date with recent advancements in AI technology and voice generation to suggest improvements in our production processes.
4. General Production Workflow:
   • Assist with various production-related tasks, such as video editing, content scheduling, and scriptwriting, as needed.
   • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience or strong interest in AI technology, voice generation, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with AI voice generation tools and software is a plus.
3. Strong research skills with the ability to gather and summarize information effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Reliable and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
7. Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace).
