Are you a driven and bilingual professional with a passion for sales and relationship building? nuDesk LLC is seeking aBusiness Development Representative to join its team! As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in educating mortgage brokers across the U.S. about our "non-QM" loan products, identifying borrower solutions, and providing world-class customer service in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Brokers: Proactively connect with mortgage brokers, building and strengthening relationships.
  • Product Education: Clearly explain the features and benefits of Champions' "non-QM" loan products to brokers, emphasizing their value.
  • Scenario Analysis: Gather borrower scenarios and identify the best loan solutions available.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service while supporting brokers and AEs throughout the loan process.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual Fluency: Must speak and write in both English and Spanish.
  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: A motivated, results-driven professional with proven success in sales and negotiation.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and capable of working independently.

Performance Expectations

  • Complete a minimum of200 calls per dayor achieve at least2.5 hours of talk timedaily.
  • Collect and document1-2 borrower scenarios per dayin our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth transitions for brokers and successful loan submissions.
  • Support the pipeline process from borrower scenario intake to loan funding.
