Roles And Responsibilities
Strong Knowledge on W2 Sourcing.
Source, Screen, Recruit competent candidates for technical projects/positions.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources like Monster, Dice, Career builder, free job boards, user groups, associations, phone lists, and other tools and technology resources.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Effective negotiating skills.
Reach out to Hiring Manager /Resource Managers to obtain project specific information.
Knowledge on social media and other online recruitment platforms to find and identify passive candidates and potential consultants.
Maintain positive and effective working relationship with internal and external partners.
Extensive knowledge on applicant tracking software like Oorwin.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of prior experience in staffing industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Ability to work on multiple requirements parallelly.
Familiarity with software technology terms.
Familiarity with US work visas and US geography.
