JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Develop annual and monthly customer JBP for assigned accounts according to Grip-Grab-Grow Strategy to ensure turnover, volume, distribution, Sell In/Out, and gross margin target are met.
- Conduct analysis by customer to identify both short and long term business opportunities together with an action plan in line with FS strategy/direction.
- Formulate and maintain UFS sales standard operating procedures such as work plan, basic selling process, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, accounts receivable, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency.
- Implement agreed business development strategies for assigned account/s.
- Drive Solution/Concept selling via ideation sessions and manage the entire process from initial stage to launch stage.
- Negotiate on price with customers to ensure total volume and profit targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with customers through high quality services and solutions.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external business support from Chef, Gastronomic Consultant, Distributor Sales people, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Medium/high level of English.
- Minimum 3 years with TOP CUSTOMERS and relevant sales experience.
- Customer/channel strategist: Understand customer/channel to sharply develop customer/channel strategy and joint customer business plan.
- Collaboration and relationship: Effectively collaborate with internal departments and build strong relationships with external parties for the best result.
- Passion for growth: Always think to drive business forward.
- Customer service: Effectively own the contact with customers and able to serve customer’s needs aligned with business strategy.
