What you’ll do

  • Review audit reports sent by employees and verify the compliance of the corporate standards globally and locally.
  • Support employees via emails, phone calls, and TEAMS with the use of the expense tool.
  • Download the statements related to the Aircards (AMEX).
  • Work according to the policies of the process for maintenance aligned with the local entities.
  • Request and issue Corporate Credit Cards.
  • Conduct doubt analysis for reconciliation.
  • Download, manage, and analyze the data generated from the tool for informative purposes to the local entities.
  • Maintain the database and user accounts.
  • Apply the Quality Management System following the ISO 9001:2015 norm through daily activities and seek continuous improvement.
