Job requirements:

  1. Implement learning tools and technologies that optimize employee experience, such as e-learning platforms and webinars.
  2. Build, develop, and implement training programs that improve performance and foster talent development at all organizational levels.
  3. Collaborate with leaders from various departments to identify training needs and craft effective learning solutions.
  4. Evaluate the impact of training programs and adjust based on performance outcomes and participant feedback.
  5. Manage the training budget and ensure efficient prioritization of resources.
  6. Coordinate and lead all aspects of internal and external instructors, as well as training vendors.
  7. Develop continuous learning strategies, including leadership programs, key proficiencies, and technical skills development.

What are we looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. +7 years of proven experience in training and development roles, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  3. Skills in crafting and handling both in-person and virtual training programs.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership skills.
  5. Analytical ability and a results-driven mindset to continually measure and improve the impact of learning initiatives.
  6. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
