Your role at Clorox:
Collaborate with a dynamic team and grow your career as a Trade Marketing Coordinator! We're looking for a passionate individual to support the development and execution of brand strategies across Modern Trade and E-commerce. You'll play a vital role in driving sales, distribution, and market share growth, working closely with our team to achieve ambitious goals.
In this role, you will:
Streamline trade promotion execution and meticulously track related spending to improve ROI.
Design and implement a comprehensive tracking system to monitor the performance of promotional agreements throughout their lifecycle, from initial execution to final results.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage promotional activities and new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring seamless progression through the process.
Provide insightful analysis of trade spending performance, overseeing and managing budgets on a monthly, seasonal, and annual basis.
Apply data sources such as Nielsen and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) to generate insights and advise strategic decision-making.
Conduct rigorous ROI analysis for promotional activities, broken down by trade channel, region, customer, store, and SKU, to optimize promotional effectiveness.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Sales or a related field or equivalent working experience
+ 4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, revenue planning or commercial area in CPG companies and preferably with experience in Home Care and Cleaning categories
In-depth understanding of Modern Trade Channel (Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, COSTCO)
Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners
Results-driven, strong commercial attitude
Effective planning, organization, and time management skills to meet deadlines
Decisive decision-making and recommendations
Proactive, dynamic, and action-oriented
Initiative to propose improvements and solve problems
Analytical mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kantar
