Responsible for the veracity, integrity and compliance of the Annex 24 and Annex 31 System.
Responsible for the preparation of all procedures related to the customs operation before the SAT and the Secretariat of the Economy such as: IMMEX Programs, Extensions, Complementary and Certificates of Origin.
Constant update on Foreign Trade applicable to customs operations and compliance.
Analyses the different tariff benefits and their application through procedures established in accordance with the department's strategy (Eighth Rules, Free Trade Agreement, PROSEC).
Audits the tariff fractions of all products that are imported and exported, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manages, implements and maintains tax customs (VAT/IEPS, etc.) and security (C-TPAT, OAS, etc.) certifications in several countries, as well as those applicable to companies with the IMMEX program.
Manages expenditures related to the Department of Foreign Trade, leads projects of continuous improvement, taxation, cost reduction and maximizes the benefits of international treaties to correct implementation.
Carries out the approach with the various applicable government units (SE, SAT, SAGARPA, SEMARNAT, COFEPRIS, FDA, FCC, USDA, etc.).
Responsible for foreign trade audits by monitoring and complying with all comments made by the auditors.
Responsible for auditing, creating and updating import and export processes and procedures for compliance with applicable standards.
Ensures the Communication and Compliance of Corporate Policies on Foreign Trade, proposes to the Corporate best practices.
Performs requested reports and analyses on the operation and established metrics.
Supports all programs and initiatives related to the Internal Labor regulations and values of the company.
Minimum Requirements
Professional degree in Customs, Administration or similar.
