The Sales Enablement PM Operational Lead owns the successful administration of our Sales Enablement content strategy on NXP.com.
This role manages the relationship between Digital Go-to-Market and specific NXP stakeholders across Sales, Business Lines, and our Distribution Partners to ensure appropriately accessible content on NXP.com that supports our strategy. This role functions as the Sales Enablement (SE) content “success manager” within the central web team.
This role is in the Web Business Enablement team, part of the Digital Go-to-Market group in NXP Global Sales.
The Sales Enablement PM Operational Lead has responsibility for:
Ensuring the correct content lives in the right places on NXP.com and is accessible to appropriate audience(s)
Regular reporting, auditing, and advising content owners to ensure content accuracy and intended impact
Overseeing and ensuring full alignment to the NPI & NSI launch strategy
Determine and implement process and protocol for all content based on launch phase(s)
Clear understanding and articulation of the SE content & process strategy
Implement it, follow it, enforce it on a day-to-day basis
Governance, policy, and standards adherence
Serve as a training content adviser to Sales & Distributors
Work in close collaboration with web program managers for each of the BLs to ensure efficiency and execution of SE content management
Successful candidates will come with experience in the following:
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable in informal and formal presentation settings, with strong listening and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (required for close interlock across global teams), fluency in Spanish a plus
Strong program/project management skills
Previous business experience working with teams in Marketing or Sales
Understanding of web design and content management processes and tools
General understanding of current web technologies, tools, and methodologies
A background in product, communications, or other marketing disciplines is a strong plus
Good analytics background and skills is a plus
Knowledge/Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience: electronics, marketing/communications or similar, with experience in a technology company a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish
Experience in project management
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience with web content management systems, web technologies, and analytics
