We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Advisor to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Delivery Manager / Test Manager

The Delivery Manager/ Test Manager will collaborate with development, sales, account management, infrastructure and product teams to ensure new customers have a seamless implementation process. Responsibilities include driving project schedules from design to release, informing clients, and managing production launches. You will be managing client implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to groom the backlog.
• Ensure estimates are done on the backlog items by working with the dev team.
• Use the estimates along with priorities from stakeholders to schedule work and build a project roadmap.
• Report on all active project status on a regular cadence and in a comprehensive and professional format.
• Assist the development managers and development team to unblock blockers where possible or ensure those are communicated very clearly to stakeholders if they are out of control.
• Ensure all parties involved in a project are always fully aware of all necessary details, dates, priorities and statuses.
• Ensure that the project targets are met within the project timeline and costs and monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle.
• Improve process input, streamline workflows and project management tools.
• Support on the resolution for any impediment identified in the operation.
• Interact with the managers and responsible for each area that NTT attend.
• Ensure demand for each area has been assigned to the teams in the 30/60/90 period according to the contract.
• Ensure the compliance with the SLAs defined in contract.
• Identify and propose improvements to the testing process.
• Attend the weekly meetings with clients.
• Report on the progress overall the areas to client.
• Ensure the updating of the indicators and metrics for the areas in charge.
• Prepare the monthly presentation for the monthly testing committee.
• Gather the information and prepare the report for invoice the services.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Work experience as a Delivery Manager / Test Manager /Testing Program Manager.
• Technical Background and experience with different SDLC methodologies including Agile.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification (desirable)
• Tenacious, self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill them into actionable project plans.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, Mobile, Web, and clear understanding in Automation testing and performance testing.
