Job DescriptionSupport test and calibration equipment in optimal conditions to ensure correct operation.
Responsibilities- Support manufacturing lines in everything related to problems with the test equipment, as well as carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, machinery and test equipment.
- New equipment installation or change of position of this.
- Maintenance under 5S’s discipline.
- Development of activities within JIT.
- Participation aimed at reducing costs in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Apply safety.
- Use the necessary equipment for better performance.
- Know how the tool to be used works.
- Perform the functions with the required quality.
- Comply with the security policy, regulations and procedures applicable to the company.

Basic Requirements- Completed technical career (Electrical, Electromechanics).
- 4 years of experience as a test technician.
- Experience developing AOI vision systems and Keyence vision systems programs.
- 4 years of experience analyzing and repairing functional test equipment.
- Basic knowledge of C programming, Basic.
- Reading electrical, pneumatic and mechanical diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of communication protocols RS232, RS485.
- Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics.
- Knowledge needed to rework and update final test equipment.
- Technical English language 50% (reading, writing).
Desirable Requirements- Experience in equipment controlled by PC and PLC's.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge in: SPC, KAN-BAN, JIT, 5'S, POKA-YOKE, SMED, PPM's.
- Knowledge of Lock Out, Tag Out security procedures.
- Fault diagnosis in electronic circuit board.
- Use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope.
- Quick equipment repairs.
- Experience working with circuit board assembly environment.
- Creation of poka-yokes and tools to expand test coverage.
