As a global leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic Temporary Bilingual Planner Sales Support to be part of our Supply Chain team in San Luis Potosi.

In this role, you will establish an effective communication channel between the production and sales planning teams, providing comprehensive support and follow-up to meet the specific needs of customers across the USA, Mexico, and Latin America. This role focuses on offering timely solutions based on the plant’s capacity and communicates critical updates through the sales executives.

Job qualifications and experience requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline
- English advanced oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Proven experience in material planning
- Background in customer service
- Strong analysis and communication skills
- Knowledge of AS/400 system (desirable)

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan production orders in alignment with plant capacity to maximize efficiency in both production and delivery timelines.
- Ensure the Sales teams (Mexico, USA, and Latin America) are kept up to date with urgent orders, ensuring proactive follow-up for on-time fulfillment.
- Provide regular updates on order fulfillment progress and address any special plant situations that may impact delivery schedules.
- Analyze and release pending packaging, concessions, and materials on hold, ensuring order progression.
- Review and execute order modification requests, including changes to planned dates, weights, status, and specifications.
- Monitor plant capacity to ensure that requirements are feasible and aligned with production capabilities and capacity limitations.
- Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports (End-of-Month Closing Figures, lead times, inventory balances, etc.) to track progress and inform decision-making.
