Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The S&T NA Commercial Deployment team Digital Technology Analyst will partner closely with the external and internal teams and will support the delivery of technology capabilities. This role is with the S&T Consumer & Commercial Deployment Team.
This role plays a key part as a hands-on player that applies their knowledge of best-in-class technologies to lead key tactical and strategic projects, including consumer facing websites, insights generation, automation, campaign management, etc.
This role will work with Internal S&T and business professionals across multiple functions, and with external partners to drive and advance North America Marketing priorities. You will identify opportunities for more streamlined and automated approaches to solve business problems with data/digital solutions and advocate for their adoption.
Your Impact
As Technology Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Understand the strategic marketing roadmap for all brands to shape demand for Technology deliverables.
- Liaison with agency and PepsiCo S&T teams to drive the execution of projects and programs to enhance and sustain North America Marketing (via MarTech/Digital capabilities).
- Align with the overall global S&T strategy, platforms, and embrace new ways of working with Agile and DevSecOps.
- Influence continuous improvement around all existing marketing related technology solutions.
- Closely monitor innovative technologies to ensure awareness of new technology trends to develop Best-in-Class products to achieve Marketing’s tactical and strategic goals.
- Communicate service level agreements with internal partners and ensure that they are met to the satisfaction of the business end users.
- Onboarding of new brands on all S&T related functions.
- Review digital presence with a security lens to protect brand reputation while partnering with Global Security teams on corporate standards.
- Focus on digital automation to streamline processes and make our operating model more efficiently.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Mandatory Technology Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, and 2+ years of professional experience required including business relationship management and/or consulting experience.
- 2+ years of proven leadership and business technical acumen in emerging technologies including Social, Mobile, Portal, Web Design and Cloud.
- 2+ years of experience working with internal functions and external vendors on strategy, hosting and implementation of digital engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated business analysis and consultancy skills, evidenced through requirements gathering, business modelling, and structured communications to drive processes and product development forward.
- Working knowledge of coding languages like HTML and web structures.
- Knowledge and experience of pixel/tag management is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in both conversational and written English is required.
Mandatory Non Technical Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Cooperates with others and responds to customers and team members. Interacts with end users and team members in supporting existing business processes and applications. Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Under limited supervision, ability to prioritize own work in functional area, applying enhanced analytical skills to master data requests.
- Proactively identify and manage escalation of potential issues, offering ideas for solutions.
- Proactively adjusts work assignments and schedule to meet changing team priorities.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
