Technical Product Manager

Position Overview: The IT Business Partner serves as a vital liaison between the IT department and various business units. This role focuses on understanding business needs, aligning IT strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring the effective delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance processes and achieve business objectives.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
4. Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business strategies.
5. Act as a project manager for IT initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
6. Monitor and report on the performance of IT projects, ensuring they meet business expectations.
7. Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.
8. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment.
9. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
6. Project management experience is a plus.
7. Familiarity with current IT trends and best practices.
