Job Description: To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and guiding team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity.
2. Preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
3. Providing technical guidance or solutions; defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards for the team.
4. Ensuring process compliance in the assigned module and participating in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

Qualification: Bachelor of Science, B-Tech, Degree of Master of Technology, Diploma
