We are currently searching for a Tech Lead - Java:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a technical team and collaborate with stakeholders such as Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
2. Design and develop applications using Java 8/11/17, Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful services.
3. Apply object-oriented programming concepts and strong design skills to deliver robust solutions.
4. Provide expert-level technical support and act as a subject matter expert for applications.
5. Manage message broker queues like Kafka or IBM MQ for effective data streaming.
6. Oversee the end-to-end build and deployment process using tools like Maven or Gradle, ensuring smooth production deployment.
7. Support CI/CD pipelines and processes for efficient development cycles.
8. Monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
9. Work with relational databases such as MSSQL and Oracle.
10. Utilize Docker for containerization (desirable).
11. Collaborate effectively on front-end frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular (nice to have).

Requirements:

1. 6-10 years of experience in Java development and technical leadership.
2. Deep understanding of Java 8/11/17, Microservices, and related frameworks like Spring Boot.
3. Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka or IBM MQ) and logging/monitoring tools.
4. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
5. Knowledge of database management systems and containerization tools like Docker.

Languages:

1. Advanced Oral English.
2. Native Spanish.
