Managing Partner at META RESEARCH INNOVATION CENTER | DISRUPTIVE Business Consultant | C- Level Executive Search | Neuroscience Innovation Lab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Supervise and review work of junior staff, providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure the timely delivery of client service.
  • Provide expert advisory on complex local, federal, and international tax issues to clients across various industries.
  • Advise clients on the application of tax treaties, including cross-border taxation and international tax planning.
  • Analyze, interpret, and apply local and international tax laws, ensuring compliance and optimization.
  • Conduct tax research to provide comprehensive and up-to-date solutions for clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tax-related issues and provide high-level strategic advice.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively to clients in both written and verbal formats.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure that clients' tax returns and filings comply with local, federal, and international regulations.
  • Identify potential tax risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are fully compliant with current tax policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare high-quality tax reports and presentations for clients, outlining tax implications, opportunities, and risks.
  • Coordinate with other teams within the organization to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Lead and review tax-related documentation for audits, due diligence, and regulatory filings.
  • Business Development:
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
  • Support in creating proposals and presentations for new business.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tax treaties, local and federal tax laws, and international taxation principles.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of tax compliance tools is a plus.

Range of monthly base salary: $50k - $70k MXP of Base Salary
