We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Your Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your functions would consist of:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and proactive sourcing.
• Review applications and screen candidates to assess their experience and potential fit.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview feedback.
• Ensure an inclusive hiring process by promoting diverse talent representation.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and meet agreed-upon hiring goals.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Advanced English, as this role has daily communication with native speakers.
• At least 1 year of experience with a recruitment process (end to end), ideally hiring specialized roles.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
