Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for LATAM markets: Mexico, Brazil, South Cone, Andean and Caricam.

Your Impact

As Talent Acquisition Back Office Analyst your functions would consist:

  1. Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
  2. Manage scheduling process for all countries of scope.
  3. Ensure timely governance checks are completed, and follow up on any unresolved issues or questions for the candidates.
  4. Create offer letters.
  5. Manage the pre-hire process and all new hire documentation.
  6. Ensure services are delivered within defined timelines, in accordance with SLAs/KPIs, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  7. Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  1. Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese and English.
  2. Bachelor Degree is required.
  3. Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
