Talent Acquisition Associate

As a TALENT ACQUISITION Coordinator, you will serve as a recruiting expert to the business!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing full cycle recruitment support to hiring managers and candidates within PPG mainly for contractor conversions.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements of vacant roles, while sourcing and delivering qualified candidates.
3. Coach and develop managers to become more effective as leaders and managers in the areas of sourcing, interviewing and selection.
4. Assessing interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all government compliance requirements, and maintaining compliance and actively updating requisition activity within the ATS.
5. Effectively understanding recruiting metrics and act for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of HR or recruiting experience with technology solutions, including recruitment websites, applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), and creative sourcing techniques.
3. English and Spanish at advance level.
