Front-End Reporting Engineer with Tableau - Ingeniero de informes front-end con Tableau

In the role of a Front-End Reporting Engineer with Tableau, you will be developing and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards to present data insights effectively, translating complex data sets into understandable visual formats, optimizing the performance of Tableau reports and dashboards for better user experience, providing support and training to end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports, and working closely with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the reports meet business needs. Locations for this position are Mexico (Mexico City, MTY & GDL) on Hybrid mode as per current Mexico’s Infosys policy.

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in Tableau and minimum 3 years of experience in various aspects of Tableau Dataflow and some amount in System Administration like Connection setup and load monitoring.
• Must have last worked with Tableau around one year ago.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Mandatory Skillsets:

• 3+ years of experience of dashboard development in Tableau.
• Development experience in Tableau, Tableau Dataflows and Tableau Administration.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Connection Management and System Health Monitoring.
• Code Deployment.

Other Relevant Experience:

• Experience in software development life cycle and ITSM framework.
• Working in an agile environment, works on enhancement/maintenance of existing systems.
• Experience with page speed testing and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Preferred - Experience in Financial Services, Insurance Domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and DevOps.
