Job Description

In this role, you will motivate direct reports and business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, recognition, and supervision. You will demonstrate expertise with your knowledge of the processes your team is required to perform and ensure your team members are effectively performing job responsibilities utilizing standardized methods.

Key Requirements:

  1. Engineering: Systems, Information Technology, Software Developer, Industrial, or similar experience
  2. Knowledge in logistics, supply chain
  3. Availability to role shift 4x3
  4. Knowledge in Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  5. Business English

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifies opportunities for improvement using tools such as layered audits
  2. Achieves Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost & Environmental key performance indicators
  3. Cultivates a safety culture, and implements and enforces workplace safety rules and policies
  4. Implements GMS and lean principles
  5. Models GM’s cultural behaviors and demonstrates the highest level of integrity at all times
  6. Achieves quality standards by communicating goals and identifying resourceful ways to solve problems
  7. Completes administrative tasks such as timekeeping, and maintains departmental records and reports
  8. Follow and maintain GSC Systems such as WMS, MGO, etc.
  9. Performs all other duties as assigned
  10. Develop, debug & adjust Excel macros and Power BI dashboards.
