Supply Planner - North America

What you´ll do:

• Translates the mid-term production plan into the short-term plan (planned orders to firm orders) for United States production plants.
• Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line/technology, considering capacity, utilization, and timing.
• Operational Supply Planner is accountable for managing stock transfers until the 1st decoupling point, whilst the Replenishment Planner manages from the 1st decoupling point to the entire network.
• Monitors daily actuals against the weekly production plan and tracks product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence.
• Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and proposes allocation based on business priority.
• Supports inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes.
• Maintains select manufacturing parameters (including constraints).
• Provides inputs and participates in the S&OE, communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints.
• Collaborates with the Plant Production Schedulers to align on scheduling activities.
• Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports the production schedule.
• Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.
