Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordinator

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about supply chain management and looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As a Supply Chain Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the right inventory levels across PepsiCo-owned locations, meeting market and sales demands efficiently.

Your main responsibility will be to review and validate the Finished Goods Distribution Plan, ensuring accurate replenishment while optimizing the regional supply network. You will also maintain high data quality in supply chain systems and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Inventory & Demand Management

  • Ensuring demand satisfaction is maintained above 95% per item, identifying and addressing gaps in supply locations.
  • Keeping inventory levels optimized in PepsiCo-owned facilities to support market needs.

Replenishment Planning & Validation

  • Reviewing and validating the Finished Goods Distribution Plan for replenishment, ensuring accuracy in dates, items, quantities, transport modes, and origin-destination combinations.
  • Maintaining adherence and acceptance rates above 55% in replenishment planning.

Data & Performance Reporting

  • Generating daily and weekly planning reports to track key supply chain metrics.
  • Monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Process Optimization & Problem-Solving

  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing supply chain challenges effectively.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

Location: This position is based in Mexico City.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, Planning or Material.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
  • Experience working with SAP systems is required.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to develop and monitor KPIs.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

  • Ability to optimize processes by introducing new solutions and ways of working.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure.

Collaboration & Adaptability:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Effective communicator who can work proactively and independently.
  • Availability to work extended hours when required.
