1. Supplier Performance & Compliance:
   1. Ensure suppliers adhere to OEM quality, capacity, and delivery requirements.
   2. Conduct audits, process evaluations, and performance assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
   3. Work closely with suppliers to enhance efficiency and prevent potential disruptions.
2. Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:
   1. Assess production schedules, material availability, and logistics flows to guarantee supply continuity.
   2. Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies in the supply chain.
   3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply planning with production needs.
3. Quality & Risk Management:
   1. Monitor supplier KPIs, compliance metrics, and corrective action plans.
   2. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in supply chain operations.
   3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply reliability and minimize disruptions.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
   1. Work closely with program managers, procurement, operations, and logistics teams to align supply strategies.
   2. Provide regular reports on supplier performance, risk management, and mitigation plans.
   3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Perfil buscado

1. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or supplier quality operations, preferably within an OEM or Tier 1 environment.
2. Background in the aerospace or automotive industry.
3. Expertise in planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
4. Hands-on experience in supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action implementation.
5. Strong knowledge of program management principles and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance.
7. Experience working with high-quality, world-class suppliers and clients.
8. Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
9. Ability to ensure supplier accountability and drive supply chain excellence.
10. Advanced English proficiency for effective stakeholder communication.
