Role:
Responsible for production planning and demand and orders governance processes. Identifies, leads, and coordinates supply chain process improvements and standardization.
What the candidate will do:
- Processes governance leader: Monitors, coordinates, and reports progress of the execution of critical activities within the areas of production planning and demand and orders across local division plants. This role must influence peers, managers, and others without direct line of supervision.
- Leader in processes standardization: Identifying, leading, and coordinating efforts to standardize supply chain processes across local division plants.
- Processes improvement leader: Identifying, defining, developing, and leading the implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities. It includes leading the design and implementation of digital solutions for the supply chain.
- Best practices seeker: Establishing and strengthening effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Data analyst continuous improvement leader: Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more integrated-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Fluent advanced English required.

Process Management:
- Helps others learn the tools and techniques for process value analysis.
- Carries out process evaluation, diagnosis, and optimization.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of a major process flow, its components, and issues.
- Synchronizes the efforts of, and resource requirements for, several teams within a process.
- Has extensive knowledge of tools and techniques for the design and implementation of new processes (SAP, Excel, PowerBI).
Standard Operating Procedures:
- Designs a standard operating procedure, detailing steps and activities, within a department; develops procedures, processes, and controls to implement and execute policy requirements.
- Integrates best practices into the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational SOPs.
- Evaluates the causes behind deviations from and modifications to existing SOPs.
Effective Communications:
- Reviews others' writing or presentations and provides feedback and coaching. Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience.
- Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position.
- Communicates well downward, upward, and outward.
- Influences peers, managers, and others without direct line of supervision.
- Employs appropriate methods of persuasion when soliciting agreement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process opportunities.
Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP):
- Monitors total plant production scheduling vis-a-vis orders.
- Participates in setting parameters for reorders, min/max levels, lead days, and job days.
Production Scheduling and Control:
- Resolves critical or costly workflow problem areas and recommends improvements.
- Advanced knowledge in SAP system.
- Oversees production and associated performance measures.
