Supervisor de Logistica Baterias

Position objective

Lead the team (up to approx. 50 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.

Roles & responsibilities

• Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.
• Establish the standard work (WI) & lead continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
• Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.
• Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment, process follow up according to WI).
• Lead and develop the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.
• Ensure the site production plan either as a supporting or production area.
• Project support to engineering team.
• Daily operation follow up.
• Flag red point & escalation process.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Position profile:

Bachelor in Engineering & Administration.

Professional Experience:

• At least 1 year leading a team (+35 HC).

Language:

Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English written and verbal (Min: 90%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.

Technical skills (Minimum desired)

1. Microsoft Office (Excel & PP advanced).
2. ERP knowledge.
3. Health & safety knowledge.
4. Continuous improvement tools.
5. Logistics processes.
