Responsibilities

• Distribute personnel according to the needs of the production program.
• Ensure order and control in the production line.
• Assign activities and check the standard of each worker.
• Ensure that material is provided to the work tables.
• Review material left at the end of the shift and prepare reports for the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Determine and resolve any production issues that arise.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with production scheduling and prioritisation.
• Technical proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and tools.
• High attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
