Como Supervisor de Almacén estarás encargado de asegurar la entrega oportuna a los clientes cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, inocuidad, seguridad, gestión ambiental en los procesos de almacenamiento y distribución.

Tu rol será:

• Asegurar y supervisar las condiciones óptimas dentro de los almacenes para mantener los estándares de Health & Safety y Seguridad Patrimonial. Administrar almacenes y mantener inventarios óptimos.
• Administrar Presupuesto del área. Desarrollar las fortalezas de los lideres de los diversos equipos.
• Desarrollar programas de crecimiento al personal operativo. Proceso de Mejora continua en los sistemas de calidad, inocuidad, seguridad y gestión ambiental.
• Administrar los Planes Y programas de Mantenimiento Correctivo / Preventivo a los Almacenes.

Requerimientos:

• Ingeniería Industrial, Ing. Química, Lic. Administración, Ing. Alimentos
• Experiencia con SAP o similar deseable
• 1 Año de experiencia en posición similar
• Manejo de Office y Power BI
• Ingles Intermedio deseable
• DC3 montacargas
• Conocimiento en control de inventarios
