Commercial and Marketing Submanager - Gaming Industry

The Commercial and Marketing Submanager will be creating and coordinating marketing actions, and it will be the point of contact for our partners. It will be responsible for getting the best visibility, promotions, and placements.

1. Generate new customers and support the retention team in taking care of our existing customers, in coordination with the marketing colleagues.
2. Design the channel marketing strategy to follow and monetize higher-level marketing strategy.
3. Discover marketing opportunities across the market to increase the efficiency of the brand and marketing campaigns.
4. Design marketing campaigns, and ensure the correct execution.
5. Manage supplier relationships, sponsorship, negotiations, and onboarding process (contract and payment).
6. Manage PR relationships and event activation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing and commercial roles.
3. Understanding the iGaming industry, including its commercial and marketing dynamics.
4. Knowledge of all the marketing channels from TV to online, proven experience in managing marketing planning and campaigns.
5. Knowledge of content marketing, proven track record in social or unconventional marketing campaigns is a plus.
6. Creative mind-set and ability to read data and analytics.
7. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
