Structuring Vice President

We are seeking a talented professional to drive innovation and growth in our Global Structured Solutions unit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of new ideas and product solutions for our Sales desks. You will be responsible for coordinating with other teams, including Trading and Research, to design and implement specific product proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the generation of new ideas and/or product solutions for the Sales desks, leading interaction with other GM units as Trading and Research.
• Design specific GM product proposals based on Research recommendations and market view.
• Encourage coordination with Accounting & Capital Solutions Specialists for analysing capital consumption and accounting of different product proposals.
• Assist Sales desks in clients' commercial management, taking part in visits and meetings with clients.
• Drive interaction with Risk unit to present new products and negotiate risk framework for GSS activity.
• Help define Global Markets operational processes and workflows.
• Lead specific projects within GSS unit, being responsible for project execution and coordination.
• Generate recurrent income to meet revenue targets set each year in GSS unit.
• Ensure desk activity complies with internal and external operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Report to Global Structured Solutions Manager on periodic and ad-hoc basis about status of all product developments and operations under responsibility.
• Provide indicative prices in GM structured products to clients' requests submitted by Sales desks.
• Coordinate with Trading desks the final product pricing and valuation.
• Draft product presentations and other commercial documentation.
• Maintain updated GM structured products catalogue.
• Liaise with Sales and Trading desks to mainstream and coordinate market and customer needs knowledge.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented approach.
