DiDi Fintech is leading the charge in reshaping the financial services industry through digital innovation. Our Strategy & Planning team is searching for professional and enthusiastic individuals to join us as full-time Strategy & Planning Analyst. This role is a unique chance to dive into the heart of strategic planning within a pioneering Fintech landscape in Mexico.

As a Strategy & Planning Analyst at DiDi Fintech, you'll be part of an innovative team contributing to products that make financial services more accessible and inclusive. DiDi México has made a significant impact with DiDi Préstamos and become one of the leading personal loan providers in Mexico, highlighting the value and trust users place in our fast and accessible loan services. With DiDi Card, we've expanded our offerings to include a credit card with no annual fees and a suite of user-friendly features, fostering an inclusive financial ecosystem. Additionally, DiDi Pay has simplified payments for services and purchases without extra fees. In this role, you will support and enhance these services, playing a key role in our mission to provide financial inclusion and drive innovation in the Fintech space.

Role Responsibilities

• Industry Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify trends and opportunities that propel our strategic goals.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyzing Fintech and banking players to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and discover opportunities for our business.
• Trend Analysis: Keeping abreast with the latest financial news and trends in Mexico to identify actionable strategies for DiDi Fintech.
• Metrics Tracking: Evaluating and reporting on industry metrics, drawing insights that guide our promotional and campaign strategies.
• Strategy Communication: Helping prepare clear and impactful business presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, International Business, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in a related role.
• Solid analytical and market/company research capabilities.
• Proficient in curating information in a structured, clear, and presentable way.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in the Fintech or banking industry is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
• Keen interest in the Fintech industry.
• Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a diverse cultural environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and development.
