Storage Dev Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

Solution Development: Lead the development of innovative solutions to enhance our storage product and development end user experience, effectively contributing to making our software better.

Team Growth and Management: Manage the career growth of team members, scale hiring and development processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Strategic Partnership: Partner with product teams to brainstorm ideas and collaborate on delivering an exceptional product, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance by actively participating in architectural discussions, developing code, and advocating for new process improvements to drive innovation and efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Programming Proficiency: Experience in a modern and fundamental programming language (C/C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Agile Management: Proven track-record as a technical advisor in multiple projects within an agile environment and agile practices.
• Operating System Proficiency: Familiarity with resources provided by OS, especially on Linux OS.
• Management Experience: Expertise both as a people manager and an individual contributor.
• Fluent level of English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Full-Stack Development: Expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Hybrid cloud Computing: Be familiar with cloud computing and on-premises technologies
