The SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment, and Asset Management activities across a broad geographical footprint, supporting Shell's global business and assets. Technical Asset Operations (TAO), a key component of SEAM, accelerates the delivery of the Shell Performance Framework, helping Shell achieve its potential in Chemicals and Products (C+P), Integrated Gas/Renewables and Energy Solutions (IGRES), and Upstream. TAO provides high-quality, cost-effective technical resources that support Shell sites remotely while being integral to asset teams, delivering value through end-to-end AMS work processes. TAO teams are in Chennai, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Krakow.
