Our Operations Analyst will work in 99’s Quality Governance team, focused on creating and ensuring the quality standards aiming at improving user's value perception. Analyze and interpret data related to user perception and experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards and indicators that enable continuous monitoring of related metrics.
Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses that support suggestions for improvement initiatives.
Create and manage projects to improve user perception involving strategies on several fronts, such as changes in operations activities, product improvements, creation of communication campaigns, etc.
Act as a bridge between related areas to ensure alignment of objectives and the execution and progress of projects.
Familiarity with data analysis and complex metrics to generate actionable insights.
Knowledge and experience in segmentation models and user engagement strategies.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving different areas of the company.
Ability to collect and organize data from multiple sources such as internal databases, research reports, app store evaluations, etc.
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders' activities according to the insights generated.
Advanced English for communication with teams in China.
