The Amazon Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to lead our employer branding and content marketing efforts in Latin America. In this role, you'll develop and execute impactful strategies to enhance Amazon's reputation as an employer of choice and drive interest in Amazon careers among key talent audiences across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand and content marketing, excellent analytical skills, the ability to develop and execute regional strategies and develop impactful content while aligning with global frameworks.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will be a key member of Amazon's global TA Marketing team, collaborating closely with the central team based in the US. This role will be responsible for adapting global strategies to meet regional needs and developing localized campaigns that resonate with LATAM audiences. The position requires a deep understanding of the diverse LATAM markets and the ability to create compelling employer brand narratives across various channels and formats.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Proficiency in Portuguese
