Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

YOUR TASKS

Objective: Steering and execution of planning and approval of new and complex production equipment in alignment with the product development process.

• Define and describe manufacturing sequences, manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data taking into account the planning variables to be determined.
• Plan complex operating equipment based on capacity and staff deployment plans to be drawn up; define type, extent, and number necessary production equipment.
• Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement.
• Evaluate risks using Core Tools and taking customer requirements into consideration as well as developing and implementation of improvement actions.
• Agreeing and following up targets with the Project Manager or the Operations Readiness Manager in terms of quality, costs and timing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electromechanics Engineering or similar.
• More than 3 up to 5 years of experience in Automotive electronics.
• Solid experience with new launches, engineering changes, core tools, quotations & capacities.
• Advanced English.
• Problem solving, effective communication, cross-functional leadership.
